Blueberry Peanut Butter Toast

This is my signature recipe! It is easy, always tasty, keeps you satisfied, and SO Instagram worthy. It makes a great breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Slice of Artisan bread or bread freshly baked from the deli
  • 1/4 c. Fresh blueberries, frozen
  • 1 T. Peanut butter
  • 1/2 t. Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Toast bread!
  • Lather in peanut butter!
  • Top with blueberries!
  • Sprinkle chia seeds on top.
  • Enjoy!
