This is a little bit different than your average recipe. If you are on the go, it is important to have easy-to-make options that do not require a microwave and can be easily eaten throughout the day.

  • 1/2 ea. Red pepper, sliced
  • 1/3 ea. Cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Grapes
  • 1 ea. Low-fat string cheese
  • 3 T. Hummus
  • 3 T. Cocoa Almonds


  • Place all ingredients in container. Grab and go!
