Buddah Bowl Spiced Beef

Well, I am here to break that mindset and teach you how you can enjoy red meat in moderation as part of a healthy and balanced diet. Choosing grass-fed beef that is at a protein to fat ratio of at least 85/15 or higher, beef can be easily worked into a healthy diet.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Grass-fed beef
- 1 ea. Diced onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 ea. Green bell pepper
- 1 ea. Yellow or Red Bell Pepper
- 6+ ea. Mushrooms, diced
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Dried cilantro
- 2 tsp. Dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Pink salt
- 1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Add ground beef, garlic, and onion to a pan on medium heat.
- Cook until onion is translucent.
- Add in bell pepper and mushroom and cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Add in remaining spices and cook until just combined.
- Serve over rice or a bed of organic greens for a healthy and delicious meal option.
