Buddah Bowl Spiced Beef
Many people view red meat as an “off-limits” item most of the time. Well, I am here to break that mindset and teach you how you can enjoy red meat in moderation as part of a healthy and balanced diet. Choosing grass-fed beef that is at a protein to fat ratio of at least 85/15 or higher, beef can be easily worked into a healthy diet.

- 1 lb. Grass-fed beef
- 1 ea. Diced onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 ea. Green bell pepper
- 1 ea. Yellow or Red Bell Pepper
- 6+ ea. Mushrooms, diced
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Dried cilantro
- 2 tsp. Dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Pink salt
- 1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
Add ground beef, garlic, and onion to a pan on medium heat.
Cook until onion is translucent.
Add in bell pepper and mushroom and cook until mushrooms are tender.
Add in remaining spices and cook until just combined.
Serve over rice or a bed of organic greens for a healthy and delicious meal option.
