Ingredients

  • 2 c. Milk of choice
  • 1 c. Strawberries, sliced
  • 5 T. Chia seeds
  • 3 t. Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/8 t. Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Pour milk into a glass and stir in chia seeds.
  • Place in refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning stir in stevia and vanilla.
  • When ready to eat, add sliced strawberries and enjoy!
