Chia Seed Pudding
With healthy fat, protein, and 14 grams of FIBER per serving, you are guaranteed to stay full until your next meal. It is also a tasty treat that you can feel good about.
- 2 c. Milk of choice
- 1 c. Strawberries, sliced
- 5 T. Chia seeds
- 3 t. Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/8 t. Vanilla extract
- Pour milk into a glass and stir in chia seeds.
- Place in refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning stir in stevia and vanilla.
- When ready to eat, add sliced strawberries and enjoy!
