Breakfast Sandwich

This breakfast combination is for the win! Filled with healthy fat, protein, and 10 grams of fiber, it will keep you satisfied throughout your busy morning. It is easy to assemble and tastes great!

Calories: 400kcal


  • 2 ea. Slices of Canadian bacon
  • 2 ea. Tomato, sliced
  • 1 ea. Whole grain English muffin
  • 1 ea. Egg, medium boiled and halved
  • 1/2 ea. Avocado, sliced
  • To taste. Everything bagel seasoning
  • As needed. Cooking spray


  • Toast English muffin.
  • In a small pan on medium heat, prepare with cooking spray and warm Canadian bacon.
  • Assemble the breakfast sandwich in the order you prefer and sprinkle on everything bagel seasoning.
