Turkey Sausage

This one is on repeat at our house. It is EASY and full of flavor. With 35 grams of protein, it is PERFECT for a post-workout meal. Trust me on this one, it is a MUST try!

Ingredients

  • 2 ea. Turkey sausage, sliced
  • 4 ea. Bell peppers, diced
  • 2 c. Brown rice, cooked
  • 1 ea. Onion, diced
  • 2 T. Avocado oil
  • 3 ea. Garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  • In a wok on medium-high heat, pour in avocado oil, bell peppers, garlic, onion, and turkey sausage.
  • Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Place brown rice in a bowl and top with turkey sausage mixture.
  • Enjoy!
