Turkey Sausage
This one is on repeat at our house. It is EASY and full of flavor. With 35 grams of protein, it is PERFECT for a post-workout meal. Trust me on this one, it is a MUST try!

Ingredients
- 2 ea. Turkey sausage, sliced
- 4 ea. Bell peppers, diced
- 2 c. Brown rice, cooked
- 1 ea. Onion, diced
- 2 T. Avocado oil
- 3 ea. Garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- In a wok on medium-high heat, pour in avocado oil, bell peppers, garlic, onion, and turkey sausage.
- Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place brown rice in a bowl and top with turkey sausage mixture.
- Enjoy!
