Vegan Protein Packed Pasta “Mac N Cheese Alternative”

Ingredients

  • 1 package Banza noodles, cooked
  • 1 c. Cashews
  • 3/4 c. Vegetable broth
  • 1/4 c. Nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 T. Turmeric
  • 1 t. Garlic powder
  • 1 t. Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 t. Salt

Instructions

  • Soften cashews in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain.
  • Add all the ingredients for the sauce into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, cheesy-like consistency.
  • Pour over pasta, and warm while constantly stirring.
  • Enjoy!
