5 Things You Should Probably Keep in Your Car

Taking a few minutes to prepare now can make all the difference in the world! 

  1. Workout Gear! Had plans to go to the gym in the morning, but didn’t make it! No worries! Swing by on the way home for a quick workout sesh! Trust me, you won’t regret it!
  2. Snacks! Oh my gosh, I could make an entire blog about what snacks to keep in your car. This is SO IMPORTANT. Hangry humans=bad decisions. Make sure to keep a snack on hand so you can keep a healthy relationship with yourself and others!
  3. Water Bottle! It is always a good idea to keep a water bottle in your car. Most of the time I end up using my spare water bottle for Bentley… and sometimes I need one for myself. Hydration is key! 
  4. Gift Card! I love keeping a Chick Fil A or Starbucks gift card on hand so that way when I need a pick me up, I don’t feel guilty for spending money! Go get yourself a diet lemonade or SF caramel macchiato!
  5.  A reminder! Sometimes we all just need to look down at a little motivating note that we wrote ourselves.
