Creamy Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal
Add some extra nutrients to your breakfast by chopping some apples and drizzling peanut butter to your oatmeal. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 ea. Apple, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp. Pecans, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Coconut, shredded
- 1 tsp. Nut butter of choice
- Dash Salt
- Dash Cinnamon
- Dash Nutmeg (optional)
- Dash Liquid stevia (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water on stove top.
- Add oats with a dash of salt, and cook on medium for about 5-8 minutes, stirring.
- Once the oats have absorbed all the water, add in the milk to your desired consistency and liquid stevia if you would like. Transfer to a bowl.
- Top the oatmeal with apple, pecans, and coconut.
- Warm nut butter in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Drizzle oatmeal with nut butter.
- Sprinkle on cinnamon and nutmeg.
