Creamy Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal

Add some extra nutrients to your breakfast by chopping some apples and drizzling peanut butter to your oatmeal. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 ea. Apple, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Milk of choice
  • 2 Tbsp. Pecans, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Coconut, shredded
  • 1 tsp. Nut butter of choice
  • Dash Salt
  • Dash Cinnamon
  • Dash Nutmeg (optional)
  • Dash Liquid stevia (optional)

Instructions

  • Boil water on stove top.
  • Add oats with a dash of salt, and cook on medium for about 5-8 minutes, stirring.
  • Once the oats have absorbed all the water, add in the milk to your desired consistency and liquid stevia if you would like. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Top the oatmeal with apple, pecans, and coconut.
  • Warm nut butter in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Drizzle oatmeal with nut butter.
  • Sprinkle on cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Enjoy!
