I0 out of 10 would recommend. Being a vegetarian( and an extremely picky eater) it has always been a struggle for me to get protein in my diet and be healthy. Nicole helped me increase my protein intake and lower my carb intake without me having to eat foods I don’t like, which is most foods. She makes sure that the food on the meal plan is stuff that I would actually enjoy eating. I knew close to nothing about nutrition before starting this program. I have learned more from Nicole In 3 months then I ever did in my semester of nutrition in college. She not only Provides educational information but goes into detail about why and how It affects your body. She is great at making sure you understand what foods do or don’t work for you. She makes sure that you fully grasp the concepts she is teaching so that you can apply it to your food choices when you go out to eat. She also focuses on things like mental health and stress and how those can effect your body. I love the accountability she provides and you can truly tell she is invested in helping you reach your goals. In short, she is amazing and you should 100% use this program if you are wanting to be healthy, learn more or lose weight.
