I just wrote you down on my gratitude list and thought I’d share why I’m so grateful for you! You have been such a positive light in my life for this nutrition journey. I struggle with the weight being a darkness in my life and every week you find a way to make me feel good about my progress/what I’ve learned. It’s all a mental game to me and your outlook and knowledge has helped me leaps and bounds in that. I finally feel hopeful about moving forward rather than thinking I’ll always be stuck here.
