I started going to Nicole five months ago after I found myself almost 40 pounds overweight and frustrated with the lack of progress with many typical diet plans. After working with her I’ve learned so much more about nutrition, from how to structure meals to how to plan your diet in a highly chaotic world. I really commend her for her ability to listen to my concerns and needs in order to create a meal plan and provide nutrition tips that truly suited my lifestyle. To be honest she has been a mix of nutritionist, life coach, and friend!One last thing I would add is that I was initially concerned that as a vegetarian, I wouldn’t be able to be able to find a nutrition plan that would work for me. But Nicole put me at ease in that regard. She and I worked together to formulate vegetarian friendly meals that I enjoy but also meet my macros.
