Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 2 ea. Cage-free eggs
- 4 ea. Overripe organic bananas
- 1 Tbsp. Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1-2/3 cup Whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease mini muffin tin and set aside.
- Blend together all ingredients except flour.
- Add the flour and blend.
- Portion mixture into muffin tins and bake roughly 20 minutes.
