Chia Seed Jam

Nicole Hinckley, RD, LD

Chia Seed Jam

This recipe is one of the simplest items to make, yet it is still so delicious and a great alternative to the sugar-laden jams and jellies you can find on grocery store shelves. Chia seeds are a great source of Omega 3 fatty acids and fiber which are both vital nutrients in a healthy diet.
