Sweet Potato Fries

Try these sweet potato fries for a delish spin on your favorite side. They are delicious and only 120 calories per serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 ea. Sweet potato
  • 2 T. Avocado oil
  • 1 t. Garlic powder
  • 1 t. Honey
  • 1/2 t. Salt

Instructions

  • Chop sweet potatoes into “fries.”
  • Place sweet potato “fries” into a bowl and mix with garlic powder, avocado oil, and honey.
  • Spread sweet potato over a pan and sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake at 450 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
