Vegan Protein Packed Pasta “Mac N Cheese Alternative”

Ingredients
- 1 package Banza noodles, cooked
 - 1 c. Cashews
 - 3/4 c. Vegetable broth
 - 1/4 c. Nutritional yeast
 - 1/2 T. Turmeric
 - 1 t. Garlic powder
 - 1 t. Apple cider vinegar
 - 1/8 t. Salt
 
Instructions
- Soften cashews in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain.
 - Add all the ingredients for the sauce into a blender.
 - Blend until smooth, cheesy-like consistency.
 - Pour over pasta, and warm while constantly stirring.
 - Enjoy!
